Before you return a Kamaniya product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. Handcrafted, hand dyed, hand printed, hand painted, hand embroidered, handloom products will always have minor differences when we compare them as they are not made by machines. Each piece will be unique. Handicraft artisans always try their best to make each piece better than the previous one. So, the product will always have minor variation keeping the same theme constant in artistic manner. The raw finish of the handicrafts cannot be compared with machine-finished products, as this raw finish is the beauty of the handicrafts items. Let’s not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect.

However if due to some unforeseen situation you are not happy with the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation. We do our best to make sure you never need to use this policy. Please read below our return & exchange policies before you return any item.

Please note that Exchange or Refund will not be made against the items, unless there is a quality issue.


Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our store, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:

Returns, if any, need to be made within 15 days (in case of National Customer) and 30 days (for International Customer) of receiving the goods. A Returns & Exchanges Form should be completed and sent along with the goods. You can download the Form by clicking here.

Kamaniya will replace the returned items free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping.

Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to our store. Shipping charges would not be refunded except where Kamaniya has erroneously sent you a wrong item.

As the charge to your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment we will provide a refund to your account via the CCAvenue Payment Gateway if applicable as per the situations given below.

If applicable, refunds would be made for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges would not be refunded except where Kamaniya has erroneously sent you a wrong item.

Refunds will be done in the following case:

  • Genuine quality issues.
  • Packages lost in transit.
  • In case Kamaniya discovers any mispricing in its online catalogue and the price charged to you is higher than the actual price.
  • In case Kamaniya discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
  • In case the customer is not happy with the purchase and has returned the item/items to our store. In such cases the filled return form should be included in the return shipment.

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • In case of minor design and colour variations. With handloom products there will always be some variation between products.
  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier.
  • Package refused by recipient.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

Note: All the refund will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.
