Before you return a Kamaniya product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. Handcrafted, hand dyed, hand printed, hand painted, hand embroidered, handloom products will always have minor differences when we compare them as they are not made by machines. Each piece will be unique. Handicraft artisans always try their best to make each piece better than the previous one. So, the product will always have minor variation keeping the same theme constant in artistic manner. The raw finish of the handicrafts cannot be compared with machine-finished products, as this raw finish is the beauty of the handicrafts items. Let’s not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect.
However if due to some unforeseen situation you are not happy with the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation. We do our best to make sure you never need to use this policy. Please read below our return & exchange policies before you return any item.
Please note that Exchange will not be made against the items, unless there is a quality issue.
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our store.
In the unlikely event that any item you have ordered from us is damaged or defected, or if item delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may exchange the item unused within 14 days from the date on which items are delivered.
For that, you're required to inform us within 48hrs of receiving the package at email@example.com. A returns & Exchanges Form should be completed and sent along with the goods. You can fill up the Form by clicking here
Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to our store. Shipping charges would not be refunded except where Kamaniya has erroneously sent you a wrong item.
- Don't cut off the tag
- Keep the packaging
- Keep it in its original condition
Exchange will be done in the following case:
- Genuine quality issues.
- Packages lost in transit.
- In case Kamaniya discovers any mispricing in its online catalogue and the price charged to you is higher than the actual price.
- In case Kamaniya discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
No exchange will be given in the following cases:
- In case of minor design and colour variations. With handloom products there will always be some variation between products.
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier.
- Package refused by recipient.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
Unfortunately, we do not permit exchange on International orders, however in case of a wrong product being delivered to you, we request you to please share your concerns to firstname.lastname@example.org or you can reach us by filling a form by clicking here. We will assist you accordingly.
NOTE : Exchange service includes freight charges for both the way in case of a customer is willing to exchange a product.
